Residents of backcountry and mid-country packed the Round Hill Community House to hear local real estate experts discuss trends shaping the market in our area.
Mark Pruner, Carolyn Anderson, and Paul Pugliese made up the panel of three that was moderated by RHA Board member and real estate professional Brendon DeSimone.
Topics ranged from the enduring appeal of backcountry living to shifting demographics and consumer trends in residential real estate in Greenwich.
The takeaway: buyers can access a tremendous amount of information about your property before they see it, buyers still value the attributes and uniqueness of our area, and sellers must be realistic and price their property accordingly.
