The Round Hill Association joins many neighbors and friends in mourning the loss of Carolyn Anderson, a devoted member of the Greenwich community and a valued member of the Round Hill Association Board.
Carolyn brought warmth, wisdom, and quiet dedication to everything she did. During her time on the Board, she was deeply committed to the well-being of the Round Hill neighborhood and to preserving the qualities that make this area such a special place to live.
After entering the real estate business in the early 1980’s, she and husband Jerry co-founded Anderson Associates Ltd., a successful real estate agency in Greenwich. To share their extensive knowledge of the town, they published multiple editions of the Anderson Guide to Enjoying Greenwich.
Carolyn made significant contributions to the RHA. Her understanding of real estate led to her establishing a RHA practice of delivering welcome bags to new homeowners in the Round Hill area.
Those who served alongside Carolyn remember not only her sound judgment and steady presence, but also her kindness and gracious manner. Carolyn’s contributions to the Round Hill Association helped shape the community we enjoy today.
