Round Hill Association Wins Beautification Award

We were honored by Greenwich Green and Clean with their award for Beautification of Public Spaces in appreciation for the ongoing work on the area’s traffic islands. Board members, John Conte and Ines Kingsley led this civic improvement work, cleaning, weeding, and planting hardy landscaping. This is one of the many projects that donations to our civic improvement fund supports.

In partnership with the Town, we are again planting over 100 daffodil bulbs along town roads in the Association area. Last year, we planted daffodils across from the Round Hill Store and in front of the Community House. This year, we will be planting along Lake Avenue in front of the historic French Farm property. We will also be planting crocus bulbs on area traffic islands.

Each year, in the Fall, we ask for your support for these projects in addition to your membership renewals in May. We hope you share our enthusiasm for our work and will respond generously.
